The East-West Center (EWC) is excited to present a special #galswithLEI Global event scheduled to take place at the Entrepreneurs Sandbox on Thursday, August 1, 2024 from 4:30-7:30pm. #galswithLEI Global celebrates the Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Inspiration of women business and social entrepreneurs in generating jobs and strengthening communities. Designed to address today’s critical concerns, identify innovative solutions, and build networks of support for business and social entrepreneurs, corporate and non-profit managers, and other community leaders across the United States and the Asia Pacific, this publicly ticketed event will offer a 75-minute keynote panel, followed by an attendee-driven Open Space and networking reception featuring local women chefs.
Panelists and attendees will include invited experts, established local leaders, emerging innovators, and the international Changing Faces women - connecting and integrating the experience, ambition, and passion of all those in attendance.
Unveiling Why: From Purpose to Impact
Discover the driving force behind women leaders and social innovators as they share their personal and professional stories of “Why” and how their ideals ignited purposeful action into creating meaningful, sustainable impact. Panelists will also offer insight on how their core “why” has helped them overcome challenges, and a clear sense of purpose injects passion into their work, inspires others, and shapes their strategy, innovation, and resilience as leaders.
